Mechanical and Electrical Projects

As part of any building service contract or mechanical & electrical maintenance contract, Alba keep collate and update detailed records of our client’s main plant and associated systems. This asset register and condition report allows us to advise our clients well in advance of major items of plant reaching the end of their lifecycle, or becoming obsolete. If an item of plant needs to be replaced our projects team use our site knowledge to design a system fit for purpose. We then project manage the installation using directly employed labour in most instances to carry out the works. Completed projects are then handed back over to our maintenance team to ensure systems are maintained correctly, and warranties are upheld.

Refurbishment Projects

Office relocations and decorative changes are common place in commercial real estate management. Alba directly employ a team of building fabric engineers and handyman to assist clients with minor refurbishment projects and general repairs. The building fabric team is an essential part of Alba’s direct delivery, ensuring the same quality and consistency in service enjoyed by our mechanical and electrical maintenance contract clients.

Project Managment

Alba’s project management team provide a wide range of project services covering all M&E disciplines and building fabric trades. While we aim to deliver projects through directly employed labour, the projects management team also draws upon the specialist knowledge of our approved sub-contractors, when installing certain types of fire, security or BMS systems. Direct project clients and maintenance client’s alike benefit from the vast experience of our project managers, and ongoing support from our maintenance team post completion.
