Alba Facilities Services directly employ teams of site based and mobile building fabric engineers / handymen, to assist clients with both planned and reactive maintenance activities. Operatives can be dedicated part time or full time to an individual site or work on a reactive only basis, attending site as and when required. This flexibility has broad appeal to a wide range of client sectors, from commercial property managing agents to hotels and leisure facilities. In addition to our maintenance services we offer a range of refurbishment project services.
